1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bkok", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bkok platform operated at bkok.vu and all services, features, and content available therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bkok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on bkok, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Services" means the full range of betting, casino, live dealer, slot, and gaming services available through bkok, together with all associated payment, customer support, and account management features.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available to players under specific promotional terms and conditions published separately on the bkok platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other wagering product available through bkok.
• "MFS" means mobile financial services, specifically bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the payment channels through which bkok processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the bkok platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bkok platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bkok Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bkok with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

bkok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the bkok platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of bkok following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The bkok platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any bkok services. This requirement applies without exception to all players, regardless of jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bkok platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing bkok from Bangladesh and that online betting and gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bkok complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual player may hold only one active bkok account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bkok account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number registered with your MFS wallet.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. bkok reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4.3 Account Verification

bkok may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during the lifetime of your account. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by bkok may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5 Account Security

5.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkok account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bkok will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

5.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify the bkok support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. bkok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or to report a breach promptly.

5.3 Shared Devices

If you access bkok from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out fully at the end of each session. bkok accepts no liability for losses or account security breaches arising from a player's failure to log out from a shared device.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bkok processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh mobile financial services. The accepted MFS providers are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkok does not accept cash, bank transfers, credit cards, or any international payment method at this time.

6.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit on bkok is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions, though bkok reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits. Deposits are credited to player accounts within 30 seconds of successful MFS transaction confirmation under normal operating conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours. bkok does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits or withdrawals. Standard MFS operator charges may apply on the wallet side and are outside bkok's control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same MFS wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bkok compliance team.
• Any bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bkok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where bkok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6.5 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on bkok are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkok does not offer multi-currency accounts or foreign exchange services of any kind.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bkok offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by individual terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by bkok are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bkok takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes, and any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion are considered bonus abuse and are prohibited.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses awarded on bkok carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on bkok are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet selections, stakes, and all relevant parameters are correct before confirming any wager. bkok accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the player.

8.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds on bkok are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that wager. bkok reserves the right to correct any odds displayed in error and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bkok in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the result is inconclusive; a pricing or technical error is identified; there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity; or any other circumstance in which settling the bet at the stated odds would be contrary to the spirit of fair play. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Bets on in-play markets are subject to a short delay before acceptance to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. bkok reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice and to void in-play bets where there is evidence that the outcome was known at the time of placement.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

bkok applies maximum single-bet payout limits by sport and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated return.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkok platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating more than one account for a single individual, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Using the bkok platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to access bkok systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Allowing a third party to use or operate your bkok account on your behalf.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bkok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, databases, and layout — is the intellectual property of bkok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bkok platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any bkok content without prior written authorisation from bkok.

Game titles, interfaces, and content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studio. bkok is licensed to make these games available to players but transfers no ownership or intellectual property rights to players.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

bkok provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

11.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk. bkok accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a direct or indirect result of wagering activity on the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to manage their gambling activity within their personal financial means. bkok strongly encourages the use of responsible gaming tools available within every player account.

11.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error affecting bet placement, settlement, game outcome, or payment processing, bkok reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. bkok will not be liable for any losses, lost profits, or inconvenience arising from such technical errors beyond the restoration of affected account balances.

11.4 Third-Party Content

Games and content provided by third-party studios are operated under those studios' own technical and regulatory frameworks. bkok is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising within third-party game software, beyond facilitating appropriate escalation to the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

12 Responsible Gaming

bkok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable and entertaining activity and that player wellbeing is a fundamental priority.

13 Termination of Accounts

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their bkok account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered MFS wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

13.2 bkok-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bkok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; underage gambling; providing false registration information; or any behaviour that bkok reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure initiated by bkok for cause, any bonus balances, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with active bonus restrictions will be returned in accordance with bkok's standard payment procedures, subject to applicable compliance checks.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bkok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the bkok platform with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, bkok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or phone number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bkok platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.1.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the bkok platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of bkok that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support escalation process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by bkok at its discretion.

Nothing in this clause limits bkok's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of matters concerning intellectual property infringement, fraud, or other urgent matters requiring immediate legal action.
